Journalist and animal activist Jelena Paunovic walked the streets of Sarajevo to film the so-called ‘aggressive’ stray dogs of the city. She has taken photographs and a video of her findings… One of the photographs is above. Here is the video she took:

I too wandered through Sarajevo recently, and not a single stray I came across was aggressive in any way. Here is just one of many:
